Class Announcements
Ceramic Reliefs
The students are creating ceramic reliefs. They may choose between an oraganic or character organic relief. After they sculpt them the glaze firing will be next.

Monochromatic face painting
The students are starting their monochromatic color theory lesson. They will be painting with tones, complemetary color sets, and neutral colors. There will be alot of color mixing and mastering of color concepts.
IF I WERE A TREE WHAT WOULD I BE?
The students are to draw a tree that represents them. The tree could be a sports tree, a shopping tree or what ever they want to be. Color and have fun.
contour drawings
The students are working on contour drawings using a shoe and leaf.  Complementary colors are used in the intersecting and overlapping shapes.
color Theory Painting
The students will be drawing animals, bugs, fish, mammals, reptiles, birds, and they have to overlap, intersect and 3 must be patterned. They will be painting , tones, neutrals, monochromatic and light, medium, and dark of a color.... Color mixing is very important in this lesson.
The background will be complementary color sets.
Stain Glass Windows
The students will draw a scene with foreground, middleground, and background. They will round all the shapes so they  become organic looking. They have to use highlights, crests and dark shadows in each shape.
They will make a stainglass window out of their drawings when they finish their sketches.
